We set you up with your own bar

This is a unique type of bar hire service. Most companies will charge you to come and run a bar at your event, and then keep all the money from what they sell.

We believe a bar can make you money!

If you have a good set up, and the right mix and quantity of drinks on offer, then your bar will make a profit.

You can use this money to help pay for your event or even go towards the honeymoon!

Don't worry about the responsibility...

If you want it all to run smoothly on the day, then relax. We can provide you with trained Bar Staff who will manage it all for you. It's still your bar, and you still keep all the profit!

We come with our own set up and pay you a % of sales

We have a lot of experience in running the bar at large events upto 10,000 people.

Our set up comes with marquee, carpeted flooring and furnishings, our own SIA security, and a full range bar including real draught Ales, lagers, and spirits.

Events we had exclusive bar for in 2006 include:

Workhouse Festival Powys with 5000 people

Shambala Festival Devon with 1500 people

Crowpoint Festival Newport with 14000 people

What is part of the service

The basic bar setup comes complete with stylish counters, cash registers, ice-buckets, and bar accessory tools, printed bar tarriff, and displays

We will come install set up and take down

We will arrange delivery and returns of drink orders

All drinks come with sufficient quantity of glasses, either glass or plastic/paper depending on requirements

All draught Ales, lager, and cider come with pumps and chillers included

All spirits come complete with optic measures, ice and buckets

Full Sale on Return available on all unopened drinks

Bookings for cocktail bar include all equipment and dressings

We will process and apply for License (Temporary Events Notice) on your behalf for Public Entertainment and Sale of Alcohol
